Sorry no pics did not have my camera. We were with Nick's family this year for Thanksgiving. I had asked his grandma what we could bring and she said mashed potatoes. I was thinking this would be an easy thing since I do not love to cook. So I of course said OK. Then she proceeded to tell me we needed to make 15lbs. of mashed potatoes. After picking my jaw up off the floor I had to just laugh. I have the best husband and he did most of the work and they turned out great. It only took us 5 hours to peel cook and blend :) We had a wonderful time with his family and definitely a memorable day with a whole lot of laughter!

we laugh about a story my grandma used to tell about making TEN POUNDS OF POTATOES for her potatoe salad for a church party. 15 has got to be horrendous! BTW...I LOVE LOVE LOVE that family picture on the top of your blog!
