Look at Me Go!

We had been dreading teaching Kasen how to ride a bike. I had a horrible experience learning when I was young. Finally Kasen bugged us enough and actually he was an extremely fast learner. I worked with him for about 30 min, and a few days later Nick worked with him for about an hour and he got it. No major cuts, crashes or crying. He is so proud of himself!

St. Patricks Day

When I was young my mom always went over board on holidays. At the time I did not realize how fun and how much work she put into making each Holiday so special. Thank you mom! So following in her footsteps I continued the tradition. The kids each got new green shirts and Nick made green eggs. In there lunches I made sure almost everything was green. I used food coloring and made their apple juice green, made green rice crispy treats, green cucumbers and wrote a cute message on a green clover. The only thing not green was there sandwich. We had a great St. Patrick's Day!

Big Boy Tub

Kam finally grew out of our baby bath tub. I thought he would be a little scared, but the picture says it all. He loved it! Kamden is growing up way to fast for me. 5 1/2 months

Toes, Toes, Toes!

Five months and found his toes. Not only can he touch his toes he can put them in his mouth as well. I wish I was that talented!

Anniversary

Nick and I celebrated our 9th Anniversary on March 10. It seems like time has just flown by. We had rooms at Mandalay Bay for the weekend. Friday night we spent with the kids. We had a nice dinner and took the kids to a play area afterwards. They love sleeping in hotels so they were ecstatic. While Nick and my dad watched the kids on Sat., me and my mom enjoyed massages at the Mandalay Bay spa. It was so relaxing and very much needed for the two of us. My mom and dad took the kids for the afternoon and night. Me and Nick enjoyed an uninterrupted nap, had a wonderful dinner and afterwards ,saw The Lion King Broadway play and more uninterrupted sleep. I haven't felt that rested in 5 months. I have an amazing husband and family. I love you Nick!
