We were headed up to see my friend Carrie and her family when I got the call. Her daughter had few days earlier had come down with the stomach flu. She called again Friday night and said she still had a fever. I told the kids that we would not be able to go and the tears started streaming down their little faces. We felt so bad that we told them we would take them to the museum and then they were o.k. Early Saturday morning we left for Vegas and headed to the Natural History Museum. The museum was very old and run down but my kids absolutely loved it. They had a shark tank, dinosaurs that roared and a WHOLE lot of stuffed animals. After the museum we went to my mom and dads house where the kids continued to play. Nick and I got to sneak away to the movie Marley and Me. It was a great movie but very sad. Though the kids were still a little disappointed they did not get to see their friend Kadence, it was a fun day spent with our family.

My kids love going to museums. You look really good, very thin:). I'm so glad you read Twilight. I've been hooked to reading ever since I read those books. We'll be in Vegas at the end of March. I think Ian talked to Nick about it. I hope you guys will be able to come. I'd love to see you and hang out.
