Christmas Day

My kids are usually up at the crack of dawn but for some reason Christmas morning they decided to sleep in. Finally at about 6:30 a.m. Me and Nick woke them up. They were so excited Santa came. This year Kasen took his time opening his gifts. He loved every gift and was so thankful for each one. A couple of his favorites were his Nintendo DS, Tech Decks, and G.I Joe army tanks. Avery took a different route and opened her gifts as fast as she could and sometimes not even looking at what they were. It was pretty funny to watch her. A couple of her favorites were her cd player and Kidz Bop cd, strawberry shortcake car and little doll, and her Barbie learning laptop. Kamden got an outfit and rattle. He slept through it all. It was nice to hear the kids say thank you to us and Santa. After we finished we were off to Pahrump G-ma and G-pas house. (I think we there by 8:00 a.m.)

The kids got these Rudolph noses in their stockings at Pahrump g-ma and g-pa's and they even light up! Again my kids got spoiled. Avery loves her new buggie and doll. Kasen got a remote control Transformer car and pinball game. Kamden got stuffed animals, and uncle Mike bought the I love boobs onsie. Ha Ha Ha! Thank you for the many gifts grandma and grandpa Moore!
After we spent a little time their we rushed home and showered and we were off to Trout Canyon to Nick's grandma and grandpas cabin to spend the rest of the day with family. It was a wonderful Christmas!
All of the grand kids and great grand kids on Nick's side of the family. My kids are that the age were they have learned that Christmas is not all about presents and getting things. Every time we went to the store this year the kids got change from their piggy banks to give to the Salvation army and were excited to do so. They talked a lot about Jesus and the true meaning of Christmas. It was wonderful to listen to. We hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!

Christmas Eve

It is tradition that we go to my mom and dads house on Christmas Eve and have a nice dinner and open gifts. Of course my children got SPOILED. Kasen's favorite gift from Las Vegas g-mas and g-pas was this big dragon castle. He was so excited and had the biggest smile on his face. He couldn't believe that those elves read his letter and told g-ma what he wanted. :) Avery's favorite gift was a cash register. It was so cute she said, "This is what I've always wanted." My grandma was supposed to be able to join us but she ended up with an infection and the rehab center would not release her. We finished up quicker than normal and went to visit her. We had a great time! Thanks g-ma and g-pa for all of the wonderful gifts!

Scooters Auntie LaResa got the kids. As soon as they opened them they had to go outside and give them a try!

3 months and all Smiles

On December 23rd Kamden turned 3 months old. Kamden is just full of smiles. He is such a good baby and we have all just really enjoyed the time we get to spend with him. He has reached many milestones in such little time.
* laughs out loud
* coos and says ah-goo
* squeals in delight
* has found his hands and enjoys sucking on them
* smiles
* rolls over one way
* bears weight on his legs when held
*recognizes mommy and daddy's voice
* loves to watch his brother and sister
Although Kamden can do many things , he absolutely HATES his stomach. I try each day to give tummy time and that is pretty much the only time he cries. He is now wearing 3-6 month clothes and is in size 2 diapers. Kam has such a sweet spirit and and is growing up to fast for me. I love the infant stage and wish they would stay in it a little longer. You are such a cutie and we love you very much Kamden!

Letters to Santa

We FINALLY got our letters sent to Santa! Our post office puts this huge mailbox out front for the kids to drop their letters. (Avery looks like she is mad and crying, but the sun was just in her eyes)

SANTA

Conservatory - Christmas

We took the kids to the Conservatory at the Bellagio hotel and casino. It was amazing! They did a Christmas theme and everything is made out of flowers and seeds. The kids loved it!
