School

I am always so sad to see summer go. I love being home with my kids and life is so much less stressful. Summer has quickly come to an end and the craziness is now beginning. Kasen is starting 1st grade, Avery is starting pre-school and Kamden is soon going to have his 1st birthday. I am still teaching Kindergarten and loving it. I have 25 students per session. Yes, that is a total of 50. CRAZY! Here are some pics of the first day of school.

Kamden and the Box!

Kamdens' favorite game is peek-a-boo. Today we played it using the box. He would crouch real low and pop up and just start laughing so hard. It was so funny!

Big Kahuna

Kasen started playing football for the first time this year. He is on the Sharks and absolutely loves it. At each practice the coaches give out the Big Kahuna to two of the kids that worked the hardest. Just a few practices in Kasen received the award. We are so proud of you!

Friends

I hadn't seen my friend Carrie and her oldest son in a couple of years so they decided to fly down for 4 days. I picked them up from the airport and it was just like old times. We laughed and reminisced and had great conversation about our lives. Kasen and Avery loved playing with Breck and got a long very well. They enjoyed swimming, jumping on the trampoline and we took them to the Discovery Museum. Those four days flew by and it was wonderful to get to spend time together. Just wish we didn't live so far away from each other. Thanks for coming Carrie!
